I believe he's referring to a deal he got with @ItsChrisG. You should pm him and see what you can get.
Then what was with the "provider should NOT be in the VPS selling business AT ALL, don't want any surprises down the road with IP usage or anything like that." stuff? If you have your own IPs your upstream can't really screw you over on IPs....

I'm assuming they all use the same support agents so the only thing that might be different between the brands will be configurations maybe.

Thanks been trying the live chat for about two days now with no responses kinda dims my spirit to actually get a server with them. =-(
Possible they left livechat open w/o meaning to. I've done it lots of times to come back to people raging. Granted, I get sent emails when I miss chats, but still.
I dunno, I can't make excuses for them since I haven't a clue. Best I can do is just pass the thread to someone who might be able to help
