What location would you be interested in ?

Mac OS can only legally be installed on Apple supplied devices, regardless of whatever license key or iCloud account you will provide.

Needs to be close to Canada, or in Canada, low latency to Toronto

Perhaps OP is asking for Mac mini colo X)

  • I'm needing to do cross-platform development, and app development for apple devices, so Mac would be nice to obtain, if not I can just outsource the Mac development. Regardless i'll need windows for development on Android, and Windows computers (desktop app)

  • What is your latency requirement to Toronto? What is your max ms? Which network are you on in Toronto?

I'd like to find as low as possible, I'm on the Rogers network

  • Low as in 5ms or low as in 30ms?

Can you PM me your IP and I'll send you some options.

30ms would be nice, 5ms is pretty much unreasonable to ask unless it's physically in toronto.

  • I'm still searching.

  • We've got KVM VPS in New Jersey on Choopa's network, you should see <30 ms latency.

It would be: 4 GB RAM, 160 GB HDD Storage, 4 TB on a GigE, 10 Gbps DDoS mitigation: $28 a month. We don't currently have a Windows ISO, but I can look into getting one added. ;)

If you can get a Windows ISO, I'd be interested

I just checked and we can add a Windows 2008 Server R2 and Windows 2012 Server ISO. ;)

I'm doing this now, it'll take a few hours given the size (6 GB) and we'll need to distribute it across all our nodes. ;)

@Kihi do you allow Windows/MacOS ISO?

If 70GB SSD / 125GB SSD-C is OK, you can check LunaNode. Toronto location is available, custom ISO is allowed.

  • There is nothing better than a dedicated.
For that budget and specs you can safely take a dedicated server.
