I bought the 6GB plan on Oct. 11th. Despite numerous requests and reminders, they still have not delivered the 2nd IPv4 address as specified in their offer.
The most recent response to the ticket (#251526), dated Oct 20th, is "I'm going to add your additional ip as soon as possible and update this ticket when we finish it "
Three weeks after paying for the server, the terms of the 6GB offer have not been fulfilled.
