Using Zare Uk VPS , Issue online 1 second in team speak 3 whenever i click users

There is an issue with this hosting like hwclock it never syncs and when i click users in team speak 3 it shows online since 1 second .

How can i solve this without rebuild/reboot ?
I tried everything from NTP to Sync clock using different methods but still i could not resolve.

Sounds more like an issue with their DDoS protection.
Agree with William. Contact support. Sounds like false positives with DDoS protection.
Does ntpdate say it was actually successful? If not then try 'ntpdate -u [server]'.
Hi,
Make sure you use NTP server time1.google.com, we have others blocked.
[root@ts3 ~]# ntpdate -u time1.google.com
31 Oct 19:54:01 ntpdate[8729]: no server suitable for synchronization found
[root@ts3 ~]#

They've probably just blocked port 123
