How to set exim to send yahoo emails slow

Hello,
I have too VPS servers in two companies. First one sends emails very fast and get IP blacklisted very fast.
But the other one sends yahoo emails slowly from exim, so IP wont get blacklisted.
How do i do that to my first server from exim to send yahoo related emails to slow delivery?

The clear answer is to stop sending spam
If it's legitimate email with a lot of opt-in recipients and the raw number is getting you blocked, rotate IPs or use a service like Mandrill to send.
Yahoo tarpitted 200 emails from 1 IP per hour, While google makes it 300.
