SSL Update Issue

Hi, I just put a new SSL On my windows server as the previous one had expired. Now I am unable to load the site with https?

I am able to remote login to the computer and see the desktop, However no SSL Loading since updating the SSL. What Could be the problem?

    I have the ssl issue fixed, However I keep getting the following error Outlook

    Bad Request :(
    The request sent by your browser was not valid.
