Where to find packages/repos?

Hey there!
Where do you guys go to find packages for Debian and RPM based distributions? I know of launchpad.net for Ubuntu, and rpmfind.net for RPMs, but is there any site I can use to find the repositories which have these packages, hopefully for architectures like ARM? I like packages.debian.org because it shows which architectures a package is available for, but its Debian-only.
Basically my problem is that I got an ARM server, but a lot of the stuff I use, I do not know where to find binaries for it, and compilation usually takes 5-6 hours, and I need to add a 8GB SWAP partition on top of that.
