You will contact our support team. If problems are on the LSW side we will create trouble ticket at LeaseWeb support. All servers which we buy from LeaseWeb are with Platinum SLA. Regular servers on their website are with basic SLA.

Can I install windows using my own license?
We provide Windows Server licenses only with SPLA licensing program.
Windows Server license will cost you additionally 12 EUR/month.
Of course you can reboot server into rescue mode and load KVM image with WinOS preinstalled and preconfigured. We can't control this and don't support such installations. It will be on your own risk.
In fact installing "own license" on a virtual machine would be nearly in 100% cases license violation due to special Microsoft licensing policies for virtual environment.
