KVM/Windows in EU

I'm looking for the following specifically in the EU, no exceptions. Minimum specifications:

  • 1GB RAM
  • 20GB
  • Windows 2008, preferably 2012. 180 days evaluation is fine.
  • 500GB traffic / 1gbit
  • Provider has been in business for at least 1.5 years.

    If Xen HVM is good enough for you, Inception Hosting in the UK.
    Running my PRTG monitoring from a 1GB package.

    I think the old codes still works.
