You can't go wrong with ultravps.eu - I've been using them for over two years and never had any issues whatsoever. For the price, you can't get a better service. The IPs are German and they have their own AS29141 network.

@VPSensational Just FYI That is a brand of Bradler & Krantz GmbH & Co. KG (providerservices.com) which is who owns the AS for it. Providerservice is a German DC and they do have an excellent network. Their uptimes on their nodes is usually awesome for any of their VPS products.
They also run getkvm.com if you want KVM instead of Xen.

Meerfarbig KG was liquidated according to bundesanzeiger.de . Furthermore, they appear to be worth 40k€ only and colorhost likely self-advertised with this user, who only started posting other stuff after I called them out. http://www.lowendtalk.com/profile/comments/91197/qm78 .
