There's other zip files inside of it, but there's no central directory for it to determine the files.
Unsure what folks are using for their speed test files, but I recommend using randomly generated fill:
dd if=/dev/urandom of=100MBtest.zip bs=1M count=100
going to create a new one.

Well with the new things happening with bitcoin and learning more about bitcoin it is no where near as bad as TOR.
