2 Vps for VPN wanted

So im looking for couple vps to run SoftEther vpn. 1 in uk and 1 in us. Will have around 10 cliets/devices connected

Ram 256 to 512
Decent cpu
low hdd pref ssd

UK will be for everyday browsing and uploads etc
US will be used for streaming netflix so high/unlimited bandwidth would be nice

dont want to pay much more than £30 a year ($45) combined

For some reason i can create VPS smart(1€ VPS) in UK location but other locations are creatable
