Prometeus is awesome and it fits your needs.
EDIT: @jcaleb beat me to it
because i'm bored at work
Edit: try this bro http://www.lowendbox.com/blog/prometeus-e5-34-month-1024mb-ssd-openvz-e18-year-256mb-ssd-openvz/
Thanks for pointing to Iperweb and Prometeus (I know they are basicly the same).
Any other options?
How much do you want to pay?
Why not KVM? KVM is better integrated in solusvm..
@rds100: I want quality, not going to look at a few extra $ or euro per month/year.
@fileMedia: didn't say I don't want KVM, just never used it
@dirk well then maybe i can set you up with what you want for $5/month (+VAT if you don't have a VAT number). However i very much prefer monthly payments over yearly, and i think monthly is better for both parties.
@rds100: I'll need more info on this...what location (datacenter), test IP(v4 & v6),....
And I prefer yearly payments....
The ipv6 is normally provided
could you tell us your budget, please?
@dirk sent you PM.
@ dirk Ok so we can do that, based on our PowerBox Micro offer. 256 MB RAM, 15 GB Raid 10 HDD, 1 IPv4 and 2 IPv6 for 3.49€ or yearly 41.88€.
Looking Glass: http://lg.filemedia.net
Take a look at: https://www.filemedia.de/powerbox.php and http://serverbear.com/1243-powerbox-micro-filemedia#benchmarks
@WebProject: no specific budget...the selection of the provider won't be based on just the cheapest
Thanks for all the info I received from my fellow LET'ers.
I decide to follow what the first 2 said and went for a VPS from Iperweb/Prometeus.
Check :

The Germany VPS have IPv6
I am poor at geography, but if UK is in Europe, I highly recommend AllSimple. It's really quality service and you will be happy.
No worries, the UK isn't sure if its in Europe ;p
Haha!
