My vps in unreachable for 4 hours now vnc shows debian install screen! and now id down
i send a support ticket the options was to boot in hard disk first and then in cdrom
Boot into hard disk
did it vnc now is down i think is a network problem

Its not a network problem is what he diagnosed.

I think is due to some change in the ISO area, maybe you had some iso mounted and when the file was changed/removed the vps hang
is up now, very helpfull the support
A bad rsync of the iso folder caused the vps with a mounted iso to crash....
200d uptime down the toilet :P
So this is what destroyed my perfect uptime
Note to self. Don't leave iso mounted after install.

Yeah, we had to remind our clients of this recently... We switched NFS ISO servers and it crashed quite a few KVMs because people left the ISO mounted after install.

new nodes use the nfs share but on the old one I didn't to not cause such problems
