MySQL optimisation services?

Does anyone know of any MySQL optimisation experts? We've got spiky CPU usage for MySQL on one of our services which is leading to slow page loads. We've tried to resolve this problem, but this is beyond our expertise now and we think we need a DBA. We've even tried exporting the dumps and migrating to a different server, still the same CPU usage.
Any advice on who to contact for this greatly appreciated. Please only recommend people you have worked with in the past.

Could you let us know exactly what you've tried so far? The more information the merrier.
For example, have you tried the usual optimisation tools available, like mysqltuner.pl et al?

You could also try using MySQL tuner (http://mysqltuner.com) or MySQL Primer (https://launchpad.net/mysql-tuning-primer) if not already done so
