PayPal : Funds Debited But Never Recieved ( No Transaction History )

I just faced this with two of my payments.
Any one else facing the same ?

    as per PayPal :

    I've checked and the issue you both describe is known to us and is being worked on as a priority by our engineers.

    We believe the funds are being debited and credited correctly on the affected accounts but the transactions aren't displaying within the 'Activity' tab for whatever reason.

    I'm sure this will be resovled soon though and thanks for the heads up,

    We've been having issues receiving Paypal payments all day too and the IPN not sending a notification so you're not alone as you found from that thread.

    I'm missing 2 PayPal payments that were sent today, first time this has happened. No IPN, transaction id not found.

  • Been having the same issue paid a bunch of bills, got the receipt but payment never posted and IPN is never received by the recipient to show the payment. I called PayPal and sat on hold for 45 minutes beforing hanging up and giving up on that.

    Tl;DR:
    PayPal is having issues, enough that their phone support queue is currently longer than 45 minutes.

    Me too, I paid some hours ago for a domain renew and a software download and never received either, nor existing any log or transaction details to my paypal account. But it did grabbed funds from CC and PP balance... It seem that there is a global crash of Paypal! And, do not forget that they are now something like a huge global bank, so this issue is extremely serious

  • I paid some ebay purchase a few hours ago and then renewed some domains - no problems at all. But this was maybe 4 hours ago, maybe the problems started after that.

    We have been recieving funds without any problem. With payments we faced it twice.

    I actually got a hold of them, but they just said that I should "clear my cache" and refresh the page. In fact, if that didn't (obviously) work, they said to call back to get my account checked. I'm still waiting on my bank transfer tl;dr from PayPal (1.5 weeks now) and am getting pissed ._.

    1.5 weeks ?
    I guess its 3 - 5 days. I just recieved my Bank Transfer today after 4 days ( sunday included )

    PayPal confirmed that there is an issue; they told me it would be resolved within 4 hours. More than 4 hours later and still not resolved. I do have a ticket number, though.

    We bill using the paypal API instead of through IPN. Not seeing any issues

    It's not just IPN problem, the problematic transactions aren't even showing up in the Paypal activity history; so I don't think using API would avoid the issue. It's only a few payments though, most go through without issue.

    @perennate I put in a ticket with you guys cause I ran out of credit :( Unfortunately as Paypal is having issues, my servers still offline :( My fault for not reloading it sooner, but if you could extend a few pennies in the mean time it would be appreciated :)

    Hmm. They appear in history for me. Though perhaps I am just being lucky

    I also see most payments in history immediately (with successful IPN), but a small number of them don't appear until several hours later.

    PayPal confirmed that this issue has nothing to do with IPN.

  • been getting last few days payments notifications one by one in the past hour or so

  • PayCrap sent me to a "support specialist," but the only problem that came with that was that I was put on hold... (I hung up - their elevator music is crap and the "please stay on the line as we connect you to a support representative")

    I got a heavily accented person from an Indian call centre. I can somewhat understand, considering the fact that most companies outsource nowadays.

  • Someone sent me funds, showed in my account almost after 12 hours.

    That affected whole client base.

    It's definitely across the board on PayPal today. Some people are getting lucky here, like some transactions I saw in MXroute that IPN came in instantly on. Overall though it seems quite broken. Providers reporting it all over the place. It's been all over Twitter even for ~24h.

    does anyone still have this issue? my customers are saying me that they paid all their invoice but I am unable to track it in my paypal

  • I even had an issue sending money to a friend yesterday @comXyz and @adxn...
