Lowest domain registration/transfer costs?

Everyone who uses vps, probaly got a domain as well.
I right now pay 7,55 euro per year for a .net domain and 5,94 euro for a .eu domain.
I'm wondering if there is a cheaper host, where i can easily edit nameservers and have them all together in one place.

I'm looking for transfer 3 com domains too, please suggestion any cheaper place to transfer them, they are just hobby domains so I would like to transfer them as cheap as possible.
