How is kimsufi.net when it comes to hardware problems?

Same question as the one below for online.net.
I have a few Kimsufi servers and they have been running without any issues. Administration on the other hand is sometimes a nightmare ...
But what in case of hardware issues. Automatically detected or not ...

depends on the moon phase
My Ticket took like 7 Days+ for a response, but they responded after i responded to my ticket like 5 minutes later.
Seriously, depends on the moon phase. Mine took 25 days for a response, and then they solve the problem in like 10 minutes.
Call them. If they can't help you, call them again.
I guess no phone number for Kimsufi. Only through tickets ...
Depends indeed on the moon phase. Mine was replaced around 1 hour after their automated monitoring registered an error.
