Suggest me a VPS within or under $2 Per month

Though it is sound weird but I am in extreme budget. I need to buy a vps. My minimum requirements with only RAM, which have to be 512mb+ . ssd would be good if found or 10GB Raid 10.

In short, I am looking for a vps which has 512mb+ ram , 10GB+ Raid-10 HD, OS linux and any visualization, monthly price I can afford within $2.

Really 5 MB/s is too low. I think only the Node has Problem because others are getting 100+ MB/s. I have couple of VPS Idle. But, this offer also seems tempting. Isn't there LA Location is in QuadRanet ?? Is it via CC ? And Buffalo directly CC ?
