Have you checked Online .net yourself.

It depends upon the base Dedi you select and also the service level (Higher/costlier the service level higher will be the no of allowable IPv4 address).

    EDIT:

See the service tab from the dedi page, it looks like it's 36(1+35) max in general case. Basic is generally 6(1+5), but not necessary in very low cost severs it wont be 6 Ipv4.

    Read the site? http://online.net

tl;dr ~ depends on the servers/offers you have.

Past the basic service level you need business and then you can order /29's too.

Not sure why this needed its own thread when you already found the offer thread.

  • In a kidech or a cheap dedibox, you cannot have a /29 but you can order (as failover ips, that are in fact additional ips) up to 8 random from a /24.
This is from the control panel:

You can order 8 IP failovers, partial months are payable as full months.
The price for an IP failover is 1.99 € pre-tax per month, with a one-time
    setup fee of 2.99 € pre-tax.

You can you just need the business support level.

  • For the 29.99 limited offer you can have max. 5 Ips. I have asked before 10 min.

That is correct. Depending on support level, the limit of gaining additional ips is rising.
