I ordered a vps last night and payed but the server can't be accessed from anywhere. :(
No one responds to my ticket too.
Anyone uses rackburst before?

    How long have you been waiting mate? Being as it sounds like this all happened overnight on a Sunday, support may be a little barebones

    They have fixed the ip address issue. It's working now.
