hostwithlinux launched Hong Kong vps @ softlayer. hosthatch also have vps at Hong Kong softlayer

I would recommend dediserver HK/SG locations. Having 1 vps each of the above locations and all of them have been stable :-)

Welcome Vietnamese providers! However you should notice your customers that the international network is slow and frequently be affected by fiber cut, so if the OP is not located in Vietnam, it might be a big concern.
