You can try with zare.co.uk, they have voxility ddos protection and allow to use your ips.

We have made vast improvements, if you had a VPS and had issues, then I apologize, but this has now been resolved.
Does Zare have their own network or is it Voxility?
As far as I know they are singlehomed to bandwidth.co.uk and bandwidth.co.uk consists mainly of Voxility, Tinet and TeliaSonera.

For Voxility it won't be cheap, but it's possible your definition of cheap isn't the same as LE*'s.

Any reason why Vox only?
We have tested just about all of the anti ddos data centers and server sellers have to offer, voxility seems to stand out as the most decent pricing for what you get.
Is voxility the best?
From our tests yes, there is some higher end anti ddos available but the prices are very high.
