European 1-year LEB recommendations?

With UptimeVPS now circling the dead pool drain, does anybody have a recommendation for a 64 or 128MB yearly plan in the UK, France, Germany or the Netherlands? QuickWeb is too expensive for my purposes - they don't offer a $20/yr German plan. Thanks!

    Hey, I can recommend Host1Plus.com. Their DC is in Germany and they have 14 days free trial with free Windows server license...Bargain!

    I can recommend these 2 myself, excellent and intelligent support. With VML I even had some very (VERY) good and understanding support. With QualityServers I didn't need support much though.
