any location, ovh/ddos protection is a bonus.
spec requested:
10 gb hard drive minimum (ssd is better if possible)
1 ipv4
ipv6 if available
100mbps unmetered
linux os (ubuntu/debian/centos)
pay via visa if possible.

Why not just sign up for one of OVH's new SSD VPSes? The only thing they don't have right now is the IPv6 that you asked for. I purchased their 1 core, 2GB, 10GB SSD Disk space VPS for $3.49 last week and the thing has been rock solid...so much better better then their old VPS classic plans!
