What type of virtualization are you going to be reselling KVM/VZ/XEN or what? Would also help to know if your planning on selling plans up to 4096MB or higher if your planning on budgeting everything out. Answering these questions can only help us offer you some good providers.
What kind of specs? Processor, RAM, HDD Setup, Bandwidth and Location? I'm assuming you want a server within EU.
