I can do maybe credit card payment as in Croatia currently , no PayPal as they no like Qatar.

And what NocRoom says above is true. Unless your a trusted member of some community most bitcoiners won't touch PP or CC with a 10 foot pole. You'll find most buyers are all about Western Union and Wire Transfers. The above link should provide you with access to people willing to trade p2p.
