yea.... forget anything in asia with 9TB BW usage per month. Will cost you 30Mbit @ 5$+ = 150$ for BW alone.

From what I can translate, Conoha terminates VPSes for b/w abuse, and the other mentioned JP providers limit the network speed to 200K. So those are not a good choice for jingling or whatever other shit that you want to run.
