You can do this easy (api), but you pay for stopped machine too
. You need create/delete ..
cron + api = less hourly bills but = why have it online
If I were you
I would make two cron Jobs one for starting one for stopping
But like @getvps pointed out ....why stop if you pay for the stopped machine two....
Oh yes I forgot it. Stopped machine is also counted. So let it always online. Thanks all.
