Need /24 ARIN IPv4 Rental - BGP Routed

My previous provider is no longer doing IPv4 rental.
I'm located in Canada and need a /24 IP Block BGP routed to our data center. I'm also willing to sign a 1-year contract.
This /24 will need to be SWIP'd for contact details so we can also set our own reverse DNS servers.
