I am looking for small low cost VMs to test my CDN.

1 Month Plan (Yearly is okay if its 7$ or less)
1-4 cpu cores
256mb RAM 512MB Preferred
2GB+ Disk
15GB Bandwidth the more the better
Xen and KVM Perfered (OpenVZ Okay if not overzold)

Locations:
Japan
Brazil
Australia

O yea its worded a bit strange but it looks like that is what he means $7 or lower then he could pay yearly.

So i dont need the server for long since i am testing my current CDN and a CDN i am looking at. But if someone is offering a good deal on a yearly like 7$ for the year i wont turn it down. If the offer is for monthly that is fine.
