Looking for SSD KVM/Xen VPS in LA, preferably QuadraNet but not required

I'd spin up an InfraCloud instance but unfortunately they have no stock atm. Here are my requirements:

Virtualization: KVM or Xen
CPU cores: 2
RAM: 2GB
Disk Space: 40GB SSD
Bandwidth: 1TB (1Gbps)
Dedicated IPv4: 1
Location: strictly LA. QuadraNet highly preferred but not required.
Budget: $15-20/mo

Having the option to upgrade my plan at any time would be awesome.

Please don't recommend RamNode. I have more or less 5 servers with them and I'm not looking to add more at this time.

That would be because you're in the client area for some reason, http://onrahost.com/tos.html

O ok. I just followed their offer link and tried to view their terms from the order page. They should update their links regardless, cause broken links never leave a good impression.

Got test IPs? It seems ProfVPS is a Vietnamese host. Are they an actual registered company or...?

The correct link is http://onrahost.com/terms-of-service.html

I don't know where exactly you're getting client.onrahost.com/tos.html from ... Has to be somewhere in the client area, so i'll look into it.

Might get an extra IP or two in the future and $5/mo per IP is just too much.

There is no VPS having a SSD storage as far as I can see.

PhotonVPS is Psychz and their LA location is very stable from what I've heard, that's who I would recommend. I'm not fond of providers in LA though, only east/central.
