go with vps providers who provide credit then hop to the next one. or go with deadpoolers and make drama threads for us. there are free shared hosts out there, but you might as well host your site at home. you can try 000webhost.com but they infect your site with a pop-up advert. still, you can run there php script without giving a damn. meatspin.com also offers free webhosting.
