You can take a look for Chile VPS here:
https://www.exoticvps.com/
I also know some other VPS list but I can't find it right know.
Here's another Hoster that isn't on the list:
http://www.vpschile.cl/
I've tried about 8 different providers in Chile and still haven't found one that is reliable (edis included).
Many of the providers you find in Chile belong to the same parent company, are in the same DC, and use the same servers. They're simply branded and marketed differently.
Not like there is much choice in Chile - You are in the end limited to Telmex or Claro as upstream unless you want to spend 1000$+ per 10Mbit with GLBX (now Level3) in Santiago.
I have a small business hosting, but only use servers in the USA, this here in Chile that prices are too high (dedicated servers and vps).
If you want something serious (real companies), you can visit the following sites:
http://powerhost.cl/
http://www.ihosting.cl/
http://hostname.cl/
PD: Edis use Datacenter of ihosting.cl
You can expect speed like and under 10Mbit in Chile, better go for a Florida, US based server.
LATAM = expensive and worse service. I would get a server in Los Angeles or Miami instead.
@qhoster, where are your Mexico VPS located? in which datacenter?
It seems EDIS has one there.

Hi , i'm from Chile.
https://customers.zglobalhost.com/cart.php?gid=25¤cy=2
This is the cheapest , they have "DDoS Protection" like NFO (They don't mitigate , they block)
If you play CS:GO , CS 1.6 , TF2 and you use TS3 in Chile all IPs are from Zglobalhost -> 131.221.32.xx - 131.221.35.xx
Sorry for my bad english
iHosting/EDIS should work well for local traffic then as well - They use GTD/Claro and Telmex. Int BW is meh though.
Claro = Telmex
They use GTD Internet , Claro / Telmex , CTC / Movistar
Yeah , I forgot that their Int BW is bad
I think i will test edis.at , ihosting is too expensive.
Yea, the CTC uplink seems new - Not sure how that performs. Last time i checked iHosting only had a pretty low International commit with not much burst either.
I like mexico vps ..do you have it?
Routing to latam sucks
Yes we have Mexico VPS with dual stack IPv4 + IPv6:
