What's an affordable DE/UK provider with DDoS (20 Gbps minimum) protection?
Title says it all. I know there are plenty in FR but would like better latency. Of course I'm aware it can't be as cheap as FR but I need to explore the possibilities. My plan is to make a GRE tunnel to filter the traffic before reaching the final destination which is in the nordics.
One provider that comes to my mind is Zare (which has mixed reviews) but would like to have more options. BuyVM is under consideration as well (thanks @Francisco) even though they're not in DE, they backhaul from DE to LU.

the blog post also says they are going to increase their limits in the next months but it has been almost a year and there was no further blog post about it XD

Their Rootserver uses KVM and has 60Gbps protection - is in Germany.
My Server with them was down several times a month, also they lost customer date recently and deleted the comments they got on fb.

It's rubbish, they are the same provider as servdiscount - only around 1Gbps protection in reality.
They just responded to me almost instantly saying 300k pps..
Netcup.de (5 gbit/s, German only), qloc.de (unspecified and it's a UG which means a 1€ company, German only), g-portal.de ("Arbor", only offers game servers or dedicated servers, changing site language to English has no effect..)
Linevast seems to be brand new. Their domain was last changed on 2014-10-23T22:42:52+02:00 and they claim they have existed since 2013 (bottom of page reads copyright 2013-2015), yet they have not published a single financial report...and they are a UG -> 1€ company. first wayback machine snapshot is from Oct 5 2014 https://web.archive.org/web/20150529070024/https://linevast.de/

Saw them in early 2014 at mydealz, because they offered like 1000 free .eu domains.
Got also a VPS back then, which had almost 0 problems the ~year I had it, let it run out in July because they moved out of Core-Backbone to Frankfurt.
As far I know they are 3. Guys, maybe ask them?
I'm not sure where you get the idea from that UG is always a 1EUR company....
It also makes ZERO difference - You can open a GmbH or AG with 1EUR as well, you only either need the money for a single day or a bank guarantee for that single day, one day after you can do whatever you want with it.
