what's that IPv4 hoarding host with no SLA? I can't remember the name but I think it was $5.87/yr and IPs were like $0.02

But you need to PM with the USA location as it is in the EU location.
We do have lots of IP in West USA, but continuous/series of IP (that doesn't attract bulk mailers solution that need non-continuous IP). But for you, I think it might work.
hows a 128MB ram with a /24. starting at a very good deal of $300/month
