Bandwidth 2-3 TB
RAM around 1gb

Ramnode's NYC DC is really close and you could get 1GB/3TB for $10/mo (OpenVZ)

extra bandwidth is $4/TB

$14 for 1GB/3TB if you want Windows though (KVM)
