Dell i3 - Price lowered drastically - LAST CHANCE

I know in the last thread I did say it would be the last time, however, I've lowered the price drastically. I was asking about £60 per month till June for it, which is excessive for the specs.
I've now lowered it to £36 per month till June (last payment in June). In June, you could either continue with the co-lo contract or take the servre out of the DC. You'd own the server so it would be up to you.
There is also a buyout option
Server Specs: Dell R210 II, i3-2100, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD
Co-lo Specs: 0.5A power, 500GB Bandwidth 10Mbit port (100Mbit upgrade for free)
Location: Milton Keynes, UK
DC: Host-IT Tier 3/4
Last time - and it's at a much better price now and I'm sorry that I didn't put it at that before.

Anyway, I thought I'd post it with the new lowered price. This will definitely be the last time though. The price has lowered a lot and is basically just covering co-lo fees now.

What's the buyout option?
Who owns the server currently? You or the DC? Was it a LTO arrangement?
How much is the Colo fee? Was the server bought used or owned from new?
Should be about £210-215.

I own the server. It was bought directly from Dell and shipped to the UK DC. The co-lo fee is £35.05 to be exact so I'm saying £36 due to PayPal fees. The server was bought new.

DC / Ip allocation, How long have you been inside this DC etc, since it's colo'd under your name until June.

Worth noting that the Colo is under contract, isn't it? Hence the June/July deadline.
So we will pay your bills on the contract and on top of that after 7 months, we will be able to buy it out for more than it is worth? Nice deal.
