From another UK VPS (Not in rapid switch):
I am getting very high response time from ping to that IP ... 345ms+
Normally its max 190ms to UK from where I live. Can something be done about it?
Also the traceroute is not showing any results on Linux (Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 32bit to be exact)
On windows, the tracert is working fine

Sure @AnthonySmith, one of the UK-LEB host I have been with last 2 years approx has decreased a lot in performance so I need to move one of my nameservers to another provider fast

also using the first hop in your tracert directly from the node.

Seems to be some ICMP queuing (Best Guess) at 1.9.241.138 which is the last hop before Sw275b-khi77c1.pie.net.pk so I would assume one of those is the cause of the high pings from your locaation right now.

It is for quarterly billing only and it seems you have selected yearly.
If you want to pay yearly instead that is fine just place the order and say so in the order comments and I will adjust the invoice for you when the order comes in.

Instant rDNS sorted for UK now.
@Jack PowerDNS although needs a few tweaks I was a little bit premature on saying it was instant rDNS ready but it will be in a day or so and also IPv6 and instant rDNS on that too as well.
