[RESOLVED] Need Help on Additional IP Adress.

Hello i just order VPS in Conoha JP and i ordered additional ip adress i can't understand their tutorial https://www.conoha.jp/guide/guide.php?g=35. So i have researched on internet. And it's sucess but additional ip adress has still no ping here's the config
