They had bad reputation esp. because their connectivity sucked and seemed like a one-man show though but they got better connection since so might be usable, dunno.

Haven't used but Nethost, the company behind Flexivps, though not known for general public since they are more B2B oriented, hosts big projects here so I wouldn't be affraid of using them.
