Without the key most of the DB will be no use. You really need the key from /usr/local/solusvm/includes/solusvm.conf

We got it!

I didn't realize it was included in the hourly backup file. Pro tip for anybody that faces this issue :P

Could have had this done and dusted by now if id have known.

It just came back up, luckily we had migrated to a box at InceptionHosting a few hours back. I only just got a response to the ticket i had open.

I will say if you do go on a search again and you just need something that is rock solid, Evorack is defiantly the server to beat out of all the vps I have ( I have about 16 or so now). Their LEB offering in their original location has been up now for:

16:15:28 up 161 days, 1:50, 4 users, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00

I have had this for a few years, and the only reason its only 161 days is they rebooted for maintenance they scheduled way in advance. The maintenance took less than an hour if I remember correctly.
