Change SSH port on VMWare Exsi 6
In VMWare Exsi 6 I kept getting my account locked out because I have the SSH port open on 22. Tried to Google for some tutorials online but most of them doesn't work. In fact even the article from VMWare itself fail to work:
When I reboot the machine, it took a long while to come up but when it finally does, the config files were not replaced and the SSH is still accessible at port 22.
Any thoughts?

esxi6 is based on modified redhat kernel and you can edit sshd config file to change port. I personally did.
