Cheap good connectivity / high bandwith KVM VPSs?

Hi,

are there any providers that offer KVM hosting with good networks and bandwith, but low specs?
A lot of cheap instances have either bad network or low bandwith. I realize that networking is more expensive than hardware at this point, but I'd really love some offers with low RAM (64-128MB, 100MB HDD) but good network to host low footprint linux stuff.

My own. As I can get basically unmetered $5 debian from digitalocean, I am looking for something around that price. Does the lower hardware requirements count for anything?
