Looking for 250GB or more storage

As per title, I'm looking for a VPS (KVM or Xen) or dedicated server with 250GB or more storage for backup purposes. There should also be enough bandwidth as backups will be hourly.

The location needs to be central or eastern USA.

A benchmark and looking glass / test IP would be appreciated.

My budget is <$10 per month.
