Please make a technical support ticket so we can take a look. Make sure to include the root password in the password field so we have access and can resolve the issue quickly.

You can request it, but it will take some time to process (mostly waiting on the datacenter) if they're not originally available on the server you're on.

We're not ignoring your ticket. It's been marked as "Awaiting Datacenter" and tickets where we have to contact the datacenter usually take 24-48 hours. I can tell you that we're working on it right now and you'll receive a response very soon. You'll also receive a day service for waiting, per our policy for waiting on Datacenter.
