Has anyone ever heard of or used Aventice? They have some of my old IPs still with me listed in the customer area per ARIN, yet I have never used them.. I'm guessing a company I used years and years ago gave up said range... Whats the best way of getting this cleared, if I don't receive a response from Aventice?

Are the IPs SWIPed to you? If you never used them (and never got the netblock from a former company they might have bought) it could be random NIC handles used to justify new larger assignments - In this case report to ARIn directly which will reverify the usage and revoke the block(s) assigned based on the fake justification.
