Need a very small/fast webhosting for run a 5 line code.

Hello guys,
I am looking for a very small and fast webhosting. (10 MB or lower would be enough). For running a simple 5 line php code.

US Location prefered. I need it to be so fast, and need it to be 100% uptime or 99,9% at least.
It would be better if it comes with free random domain or subdomain.

If you are asking why I need it, when my website lags my javascript bot can't get info from the lagged website so it causing problems. So I decided to make it work on somewhere seperated.

Including free subdomain
Create an account and open a ticket with the subdomain you would like and I'll add a free account to you.
