if it is regarding overselling on Xen then my generic answer from the perspective of using solusvm only would be:

CPU: Yes and it probably handles it better than KVM or OpenVZ

Disk: Yes using thin provisioning on LVM (solusvm is not aware so wont care or check)

Ram: if you are only offering PV and nest it in to vmware using transparent page sharing + memory compression then you might squeeze an extra 10 - 20% out but the performance hit would probably not be worth it in production, any other methods that allow pseudo ram over commit is visible to the end user and can be disabled by the end user in the domU.

Bandwidth: Obviously yes.

Could you provide some further info on this please?

I am not asking you to document your 'trick' but it essentially reads as "We allow spam" but we chose not to call it spam because of a 'loophole'

I'm so sorry Mr., We fight against SPAM !!! Those usually called unsolicited email (we don't allow them -softer tone ). We don't allow them (Who said "we allow spam"). But some large providers like Zalora, Shoponline, Lazada, etc. need to send newsletter to thousands of customers each days (bulk mailers doesn't mean SPAM). How would they do that? Is it categorized as SPAM? They would need a solution. We have numbers of customers on that already.

Legit mailers don't use OVH (their netblocks are dirty) and don't need any "tricks" - You clearly mean spam.
