So I'm looking for someone who has extensive knowledge of Linux to help me mitigate this strange DoS attack.

Please PM me with your Skype ID.

  • This is paid as well.

  • A DoS attack would be better mitigated at the network level by your datacenter. Unless by 'strange' you mean it's happening on one of your nodes.

Yeah it's definitely something I've never encountered before and can't be handled at that level. I already have anti-DDoS measures in place and if it was one of those attacks, I would be able to handle them.

  • If it is a DoS attack, why not just null route the IP? Or is it fragmented?

I will be able to provide more details via Skype. But from what it seems, it isn't that easy.
